Demand Generation Lead

NOFire AI · Full-time · Remote (EU/US overlap) · Reports to the CEO

About NOFire AI

  • The problem. Software breaks in production, and the people who can explain why are a shrinking, overloaded group. AI makes it worse, not better: teams ship more code, faster, with less human review than ever.
  • What we do. NOFire AI is the runtime context and controls layer for production. We risk-score every change before it deploys, map the causal chain from alert to root cause, capture the tribal knowledge that usually lives in three people's heads, and let agents act on production safely, within policy, fully auditable.
  • Where we are. We sell to engineering leaders at Series B+ companies running Kubernetes at scale: CTOs, VPs of Engineering, Heads of Platform and SRE. The product works, early accounts are live, and the category is wide open. What we need now is someone to turn that into a predictable stream of qualified meetings.
  • The founders. Spiros Economakis (CEO), previously Head of Cloud at Mattermost and at Lenses.io (acquired by Celonis), author of Argo CD in Practice. Panagiotis Moustafellos (CTO), Distinguished Engineer at Elastic for 9 years, led the Elastic Cloud team. Anastasios Nanos (Chief Scientist), researcher and creator of urunc, the CNCF sandbox project.
  • Backing. $2.5M seed led by Marathon Venture Capital, with a16z's scout fund participating. Based in Athens.

The role

Growth is the job. Execution is the method.

This is our first dedicated demand generation hire. You own top-of-funnel growth end to end: which channels we run, what we test, and how many qualified meetings land on the calendar every week.

This is not a strategy seat. It is an execution seat. The positioning and the narrative already exist. Your job is to take it to market across every channel that might work, measure what happens, and do more of what does. Nobody is going to hand you a brief and wait for a plan. You pick the next experiment, you ship it, and you move on to the next one.

We expect one person to do the work of a small team, because you treat AI as a force multiplier rather than a talking point. You generate landing pages, ad variants, sequences, and creative with AI in the loop, then you ship, measure, and iterate. If your instinct facing a blank page is to open five tabs and brief a model, you will fit here.

What you'll own

  • Qualified meetings, your number one metric. Booked, qualified meetings with ICP engineering buyers. It is the cleanest weekly signal that a channel or a message works. Pipeline grows from here, but meetings come first.
  • Demand generation across every channel. Paid (LinkedIn, Reddit, Google), content, communities, events, webinars, ABM, and outbound. You decide the mix, run it, and defend it with data.
  • Heavy, continuous experimentation. A/B test everything that can be tested: copy, creative, landing pages, audiences, offers. Run a live backlog of experiments every week and kill what does not work fast.
  • The top of the funnel, instrumented. From first touch to booked meeting. You track it, find the leaks, and fix them, using the messaging and materials the team already has.
  • Campaign-ready creative. Landing pages, ad variants, email sequences, and one-pagers, produced fast with AI in the loop. You make the calls on what ships.
  • Your own performance data. Attribution, channel economics, and experiment results for everything you run. If you cannot measure it, you are guessing, and you do not guess.

What the first 90 days look like

  • Month 1. Audit every channel we have touched and every early account. Ship the first round of campaigns and get one channel live end to end.
  • Month 2. A live backlog of experiments running weekly, across at least two channels. A funnel you can point to and explain.
  • Month 3. Two to three channels reliably booking qualified meetings, and a clear read on which channels to double down on next.

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years in demand generation or growth marketing at a B2B startup, ideally selling technical products to engineering buyers.
  • A track record of owning a number, meetings or pipeline, and hitting it. You measure yourself, not just your campaigns.
  • Range. You can write ad copy, launch an experiment, read the data, and brief a designer, in the same afternoon.
  • AI-native by default. You already use AI to produce more and better work than headcount would suggest, and you can show us how.
  • Strong writing. You can explain a technical product to a skeptical engineer without sounding like a brochure.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a bias to ship. You would rather launch a rough test today than a perfect one next month.
  • Fluency with a modern growth stack: analytics, CRM, ad platforms, and the tooling that connects them.

Bonus points

  • You have run demand gen for an SRE, platform, or DevOps audience before, and you know why 'AI-powered' makes them roll their eyes.
  • You have grown a channel from zero at an early-stage company, with no prior playbook to lean on.
  • You can read a dashboard well enough to argue with it.

How you'll work

Small team. Direct and data-driven.

No padded decks, no vanity metrics. Strong opinions, dropped when the data says otherwise. You will have unusual ownership and unusual visibility, with the accountability to match: measured on qualified meetings first, then pipeline, not on activity.

Why join

  • Own the execution. The positioning is set. The channels are wide open. You decide what to run this week, not what to plan for next quarter.
  • A product that works. Live enterprise accounts, a real technical edge, and a market still up for grabs.
  • Founders who have done this. A team that ships, and a market moving fast in our direction.
  • Visible impact, fast. Every channel you launch and every experiment you run shows up in the meetings booked that week. There is nowhere for good work to hide, and nowhere for it to go unnoticed.

Ready to run the experiments?

Tell us about a channel you grew from nothing, and what you would test first here.
