Why this work
A quiet bet on production.
AI agents are getting good at writing code. They're nowhere near safe enough to operate the systems that run on it.
The gap is the Context & Control Model: a typed, time-versioned model of every change, dependency, and incident in production. Without it, agents guess. With it, they reason. We're building that model end-to-end.
If you've spent your career on the parts of software that don't make it onto landing pages (schemas, ingestion, query planners, change spines, audit trails) and you want to build the foundation the next decade of operations gets built on, we'd like to meet you.
How we think and work
Five values. Held seriously.
How we work is part of the product. Async-default, in the field, low-coordination. These are the values we hire and ship by.
If the customer's engineer is still debugging at the end of a sprint, we haven't shipped yet. Their time is the metric.
Default open. If information can be public, it is. What you heard today is what we know. Integrity is alignment.
Experiments cost hours, not weeks. Ship it and show it. A day without customer learning is wasted.
The best idea wins regardless of where it came from. Collective momentum, not siloed ownership.
High vision, humble execution. We challenge every assumption, including our own.
